The My:Assistant service Crash Assistance is available for vehicles sold in Italy, France, Germany, Switzerland, Belgium, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, UK, Austria and Poland with service coverage in the following countries: Italy, France, Spain, Germany, UK, Switzerland, Portugal, Belgium, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Ireland, Luxembourg, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Croatia, Romania, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Malta and Greece.
The My:Assistant service Advanced Roadside Assistance 24 hours a day is available for vehicles sold in Italy, France, Germany, Switzerland, Belgium, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, UK, Austria and Poland with service coverage in the following countries: Italy, France, Spain, Germany, UK, Switzerland, Portugal, Belgium, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Ireland, Luxembourg, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Croatia, Romania, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Malta and Greece.
The Theft Assistance service is active in all European Union countries and Switzerland.
The starter motor disable function is not available for vehicles sold in the UK.
The engine start inhibit function is not available for vehicles without remote control commands (Door Lock/Unlock, etc.).
Lock Doors service
The Lock Doors service is not available on vehicles equipped with volumetric alarm and for vehicles sold in the UK.
The range function in the My:Car section is not available for cars with LPG fuel system.
In which countries are services available for Fiat 500 family Hey Google cars?
The services are currently available, including through the Google Nest Hub device, in: Italy, Spain, France, the UK, Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Through the Google Assistant app in Poland.
Update Map Navigation
Free map updates are available for New Fiat 500, Fiat Tipo, Alfa Romeo Giulia and Alfa Romeo Stelvio with Mopar® Map Care. We offer a new update every three months, ready to be installed on your navigation system. Find out the details on Map Update website.

Quick tips for voice command
Just a few things to keep in mind when you are voicing your commands. For more tips and advice, please listen to the tutorial provided with your system.
1. ALWAYS WAIT FOR THE BEEP.
It’s your system’s way of letting you know it’s ready to accept commands.
2. TALK THE WAY YOU NORMALLY WOULD.
Say your commands clearly and talk at your normal speed.
3. KEEP BACKGROUND NOISE IN CHECK.
If others are talking while you are and the A/C fan is on high, the system may not hear you.
4. SAY IT THE WAY YOU SEE IT.
For example, say “call John Smith” if that is how his name appears in your phone — not “call Johnny Smith.”
5. FEEL FREE TO INTERRUPT.
You can interrupt a long system response by pressing the VR button and waiting for the beep.
